Submit your poster for the opportunity to be selected to present your work and win our poster competition!
Please find some details below about the format of these sessions and where to submit.

Submit your Abstract for London Eating Disorders Conference 2026

e-Poster format

All posters will be displayed on electronic poster boards in the refreshments area of the conference venue. Your poster will be uploaded to the poster board prior to the meeting date.


Poster Viewing
The posters will be displayed in the Whittington Suite at the conference. Poster viewing may occur at any time throughout the conference.


 **** Please note that poster presenters must physically attend the conference in London. There will not be provision for online presenters. ****

Formatting guidelines
• Font type should be either Arial or Calibri to make sure the text is easily readable.
• The minimum font size should be 28.
• Videos can be embedded into the powerpoint file in .mp4, .mov or .mpeg format.
• You can embed a link to a YouTube or other online video file which will open in a browser.
• Graphs or images can be enlarged by clicking on them – hyperlink the image to a separate slide where you can show more images, in more detail.

Alternatively, if you already have a poster made up, you may attach that as a PDF. Whether you submit in poster or abstract format will not affect the chance of your poster being presented at the conference.

How you structure your abstract is up to you.

Example: Introduction or background , Aims and objectives , Methods , Results , Conclusions 

Abstracts must contain original data and by submitting an abstract, you confirm that the content of the abstract is free from plagiarism.
