Ella currently works as an eating disorder support worker in the children and young people's eating disorder service (CYPEDS) after joining the team in December 2023. Before this, Ella worked as an assistant psychologist in both CAMHS in Cornwall and in an adult eating disorder service in Plymouth. Ella also has experience working with young people with neurodiversity both in the UK and in Vietnam. During the COVID-19 lockdown and following the completion of her masters in clinical psychology, Ella volunteered with the charity BEAT as an online digital helpline advisor for three years.
