                Cancellation Policy

                Completing the online registration process constitutes a firm booking.

                Written cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to the date of the conference will be accepted and a refund of 90% will be given.

                Refund requests received after this time will not be eligible for refund or cancellation of invoice, irrespective of whether the delegate attends the conference. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
