No, the London Eating Disorders Conference is fully in-person and we offer no virtual or hybrid element.
No, the sessions are not recorded.
No, we cannot share the personal details of any of our attendees.
There will be many dedicated networking opportunities at the conference alongside an event app to facilitate making connections with fellow attendees.
Yes, breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served in our networking breaks alongside tea, coffee and other refreshments throughout the day. An evening drinks reception with alcoholic beverages and canapes will be served on day one.
If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies that need to be catered for, then you can let us know on your registration form or please contact conferences@markallengroup.com for further assistance.
Yes, we have a photographer and videographer on-site. Photos and videos taken at the summit will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
No recording of any session is permitted, and only verified members of the press are permitted to conduct interviews with sponsors and visitors.
Yes, the conference can be accessed by lifts from the reception area on the ground floor.

There will be an unattended area with coat racks where you can leave your items.
Neither Mark Allen Exhibitions nor the venue management takes responsibility for any lost or damaged items left unattended on the premises.
You may transfer the name of your booking to a colleague if you can no longer attend the conference. Please email conferences@markallengroup.com if you are no longer able to attend.
